	Jerry Hancock, MD, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Hancock grew up in Dubuque, Iowa. His undergraduate degree is from Loras College. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency at the Indiana University Medical Center in 1991. He moved to Des Moines and began practicing with our group in 1991. He is certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1991. Dr. Hancock is married and has three children.
	Dennis Dornbier, DO, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Dornbier grew up in northern Iowa on a farm near Wesley. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines in 1986. His residency was completed at the Medical College of Ohio in 1990. He began practicing in the Des Moines area in 1990 and joined OB/GYN Associates in 1992. He became certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1992. Dr. Dornbier is married and has three children.
	Stephen Feltz, MD, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Feltz is from Sioux City, Iowa. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa School of Medicine in 1991. His residency was completed in 1995 at the Indiana University Medical Center. After his residency was completed in 1995, he began practicing with our group that same year. In 1997, he became certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Feltz is married and has four children.
	Jeffrey Fagerland, DO, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Fagerland is a Des Moines native. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines in 1988. He completed his residency in 1992 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He began practicing in the Des Moines area in 1992 and joined our group in 1997. He became certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1997. Dr. Fagerland is married and has five children.
	Tamara Dassanayake, MD, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Dassanayake, or Dr. T. as she is known in the office, grew up in Sri Lanka and London, England. Her undergraduate degree is from Bowdoin College. She graduated in 1994 from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in 1998 at the University of Tennessee. She began practicing in 1998 and moved to the Des Moines area and joined our group in 2003. She became certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1998. Dr. Dassanayake is married and has one child.
	Francesca Turner, DO, F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Turner grew up in Chicago. Her undergraduate degree is from Loyola University. She attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1998. She completed her residency at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago in 2001. She has been in practice since 2002 in the Chicago area. She became certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005. Dr. Turner is married and has two children.
	Tami R. Fahnlander, DO Dr. Fahnlander grew up in southern Iowa. Her undergraduate degree is from Simpson College. She graduated from Des Moines University in 2004 and completed her residency at Saint Francis Medical Center/University of Illinois in 2008. Dr. Fahnlander lives in the Des Moines area with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, reading and travel.
	Anne Sayre, MD Dr. Sayre grew up in Illinois.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.  She then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa in 2007.  She completed her residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Dr. Sayre lives in the Ankeny area with her husband.
	Sue Moravec, ARNP Sue grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She attended the University of Northern Iowa graduating with a degree in photography and filmmaking. She then attended the University of Iowa pursuing graduate work in filmmaking and graphic arts. After starting a family, she decided on a nursing career and received a diploma from Iowa Methodist School of Nursing and a masters degree from Drake University. While teaching maternal/newborn nursing at Mercy College of Health Sciences, she also attended University of Nebraska Medical Center obtaining a nurse practitioner degree in Women's Health. She has worked at OB/GYN Associates since 1998. Sue is married and has two children.
	Darci Lewis, ARNP Darci grew up in Wisconsin and Florida. She received an Associates Degree in nursing at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. While working as a nurse, she attended the University of Florida where she received a masters/Nurse Practitioner degree in Women's Health. She started at OB/GYN Associates in 2004. She is married and has two children.
	Kathy Lamb, ARNP Kathy was born and raised in Iowa. She received her Nurse Practitioner education and training from Harbor - UCLA in California in 1997. She relocated back to Iowa from Idaho and joined our team of providers in January of 2006. Kathy has one daughter and two sons.
